Subject to stock availability, delivery times are stated in working days and are expressed inconsideration of the average time from the day of shipment of goods from the warehouse to the delivery day.

Please note that delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays. In particular, in the weeks of Ferragosto (15th August), Christmas and Epiphany.

The courier service makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon. It is very important to indicate the name given on the intercom / doorbell, the correct phone number (home or cell phone), and a delivery address where someone is always present and is available to receive the merchandise. Couriers do not deliver to internal floors.

Not all couriers warn the recipient about days or precise times of delivery, therefore we do not consider ourselves responsible for any failures in service due to the courier.

In the case that the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a note about the package, and will make a new attempt at delivering the next working day. Then, if this is not successful, the shipment will go into storage for two days. In this case we ask the customer to contact the courier promptly and request a new delivery, for which there may an extra charge, or to personally pick up the package.

In the event that the package should not be collected, there is a fixed penalty of € 15.00 in addition to the cost of transport and storage. By Decree law no. n. 206/2005.

In the event that the courier delivers a package with visible damage, we recommend accepting the goods but adding a note on the transport document stating "Accepted subject to control because the package is damaged."

In any case, always check by opening the packaging, the integrity of the goods. Should the courier not allow you to check, sign the delivery receipt, writing the note "Package intact, accepted subject to verification."

In this case, the customer must immediately call, but no later than 8 days, our customer service team who will look into the case of damage claim with a request for reimbursement. The client will also have to send an e-mail stating that the goods had been accepted subject to verification.

In the event that a customer contacts our customer service after the 8th day, and does not follow the steps listed above, the request for damages will not be accepted.
